Hello friends and family. I've decided to start a new hobby. My mom and I are digging into our creative side! We are selling baby beanies for $10.00 bucks. They would probably fit 6 to 12 months. I have a few pictures of Bridget modeling the ones we've made so far. Sorry for the blurriness....the pix are from my cell phone....and we had to feed her lucky charms so she would sit still. Let me know if you're interested in one, or if you have any tips or ideas...and hopefully in the future we'll have a website...for now we're selling at bazaars. Email is the best way to contact me.... andrewberrett@hotmail.com

Halloween 2009
Happy Halloween!! Bridget was a pumpkin for her first Halloween. Of course her creative Grandma made the costume and she was a hit! We went to a few Halloween parties, birthday parties, and even a costume dog parade at Beaches Restraunt. Bridget had so much fun...she was the cutest pumpkin you've ever seen!!! Cousin Cody was Spiderman! And of course he wore cowboy boots with his costume....it was awesome!

Breakfast Date...
Now that Andy's back in school we hardly see each other. So saturday morning he called me on his way home and asked if Bridget and I could meet him for breakfast. I was super tired but it was worth getting up. We got buddled up in our sweats and drove down to Ridgefields Cafe. The girls at the Cafe haven't seen us in a few months. We used to go almost everymorning when I was pregnant and when we were on maternity leave together. So of course they were cooing over Bridget and squeezing her cheeks! And it kept Andy entertained considering all the girls are young, attractive, and totally flirtatious. But a saturday morning date was just what we needed. There was lots to talk about and plans we needed to make. And then on Sunday morning, he brought starbucks and cinnemon rolls. We snuggled on the couch with Bridget and watched the morning session of conference. It was like the old days, before kids. I loved it. Here's a picture of Bridget and daddy after breakfast.

CRAWLING!!!
Our peanut is crawling!! She's been laying on her belly and pushing backwards for about a month. But last week she officially crawled. And she's doing it morea nd more. At first it was only towards food, but now she crawls everywhere and anywhere. Yesterday I set her down by the couch so I could finish dinner. Within 5 seconds she crawled to the TV, pulled herself up, and started pushing buttons. I came back in the room and there she was...standing at the TV changing channels. She loves being able to move. But we have to be careful. Saturday she pulled the fan onto her head. And Sunday she pulled her mobil on her head, and then today she tried to crawl ontop of the couch and fell backwards. Poor baby...I just hug and kiss her until she feels better. I'm sure CPS will be at my door wondering what all the scratches are.

Lots and Lots of randomness
So here's a bunch of pictures I just downloaded from my phone. Of course the last picture is Bridget driving Andy's truck. Obviously this is one day Andy dressed her....you can tell by the pink shirt and camo shorts. She ALWAYS wears camo when daddy has her. The first picture is the first day she pulled herself up. This was also a day we had zero diapers at grandmas house. So she's wearing one of Cody's old diapers...wayyy too big! The second and third picture is a day she wear one of my old outfits. I wore that exact same outfit when I was her age, grandma loved it! and the picture of her in bed with Grandma and Grandpa is a day I had to leave at 7am on a saturday to pick up Andy from work. When I got back to the house grandpa and took stolen her out of the guest room and put her in bed with him and Grandma...so spoiled! And the second to last picture is the last time we were in Utah, Bridget was spending quality time with her Grandpa Berrett.
La Center Parade
At the end of August La Center had a celebration and parade. So since mom and dad live in La Center, we stayed with them and just walked downtown for the parade and afterwards we stayed for a movie in the park. It was a blast! Bridget loved the parade and LOVED the movie. So here's my mom and Bridget watching the parade.
Sunday Best
So I snuck my phone out and took pictures during church. I couldn't resist! Bridget looked so dang cute in her polk-a-dots! And the next week she was wearing my favorite dress for stake conference. Of course I only took two pictures and now I'm thinking...duh, I didn't even get pictures of the front of her dress?! So I guess she'll have to wear it next week.
A walk through the woods
A few weeks ago Andy took his Mt Bike up to Larch. He found a fun trail and of course wanted to take me. Since I'm not exactly 'in shape' I decided to walk instead of ride the trail. So we barrowed a hiking backpack thing-a-magig for Bridget and the three of us went hiking for a few hours. It was perfect weather and a great excuse for Bridget to wear her overalls. Before we left she was so cute playing in her room wearing her hat and overalls, I couldn't resist a photo-op!
7 Months
Our Princess is so close to crawling! She'll crawl forwards towards cheerios, but otherwise she's still scooting backwards. We love to read books together, cuddle, dance, and sing her to sleep. Her favorite song is still "popcorn popping on the apricot tree." I've been singing that since she was born. Daddy starts school on Monday and he's already having withdrawls from his little girl. This will be hard for the two of them. They usually spend all week together. I just might have to get a blow up doll that looks like Andy!!

6 Months Old
Bridget turned 6 months old. We thought it'd be fun to have a little celebration. All her dog friends came. Kooper, Oscar, Charlie and Maggie. I bought a cute cake that looked like watermelon with ants crawling on it. She LOVED it! We let her enjoy some green frosting and, my goodness she was mad when it was all gone!

Swimming and Dress up
Aunt Brenda brought Bridget the cutest yellow and black dress! Bridget loved it. She kept playing with the ruffles and sucking on the bow smiling, it was hularious! Also this weekend we went out in grandma's kiddie pool. Bridget wore her new bathing suit and we enjoyed the hot weather. She loved the ball so much she wouldn't look up and smile....
Movie Time
We had a ton of family in town for the 4th of July. So we decided to take all the kids to UP and Ice Age 3. Bridget was such a good girl. She got bored during the end so we stood on the edge and she kept watching the movie...it was great! So I guess daddy and I can go out to movies now that we know she likes them. =)
